Speed city
Well yesterday proved to be another great track session as I felt light on my feet and fast on the track! It was a milers special, 12x200m with a jog across the infield for the rest. The workout was broken down into three sets of four with each rep getting faster. The first four were run in 30, 29, 28, 27, the second set was 28, 28, 27, 26, and the third set was 28, 27, 26, 24. I am really starting to feel good again after kicking my cold. New York city here we come!
